How it works
Play. Grade. Get better.
The loop that makes every shift count.
1 · Grades
On Club, every skater, every game, graded A to F against standards for his position: forward or defense. Offense, defense and a shared team-play letter for everyone who dressed. You can earn an A on a losing night, and the whole club can improve together, because it's not a curve.
2 · Coaching
Each grade comes with a Keep doing list and a Work on list, sorted by what costs you the most. The tips are written for the game, like “Step up on the puck carrier at the blue line as he takes the pass. Don't line it up on the boards, that's boarding.” They get smarter as your trends build.
3 · Film
Goal clips, highlight reels and full games, organized by night and by player. Seeing it beats reading it.
