On Club, every player on your roster gets Bench Boss grades automatically, no sign-up needed, even the guys who never open the app. Start during the beta (by request). Players can join free any time to claim their gamertag and see their trends. Team chat is on Club.

Your grading, your rules
Decide what a good game looks like for your club.
- Presets: Balanced, Offense first, Defense first, Team play
- Plain sliders: “How bad is losing the puck?”
- Advanced: turn standards on or off, set targets, weights and letter cut-offs
- Bad settings are blocked as you type
Preview on your own games before saving
Nothing is ever lost
Every save is a numbered version with who saved it and when. Revert any version with one tap, and the club re-grades.
Roster that keeps itself
Guys who leave or get kicked in-game are marked former members on the next check. Their history stays on their Career page and your team stats don't change. Bring them back any time.
